  1. This is some great information, and I appreciate your point that chocolate chemically relaxes you. I thought chocolate was so enjoyable just because of its taste alone, but I guess there’s a chemical reaction there, too! I’ll definitely keep this in mind, and maybe I’ll start carrying around an emergency bar to relieve some stress during a crazy day. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Cacao can definitely get you going, however the abundance of magnesium does have some relaxing effects on the body- and 80% of Americans are deficient in it!
