1. About these terms
This website, medicinal-foods.com (the "Site"), is operated by Medicinal Foods, LLC ("Medicinal Foods", "we", "us" or "our"). Medicinal Foods makes and sells Dentite, Gumtite and Nourish oral care products, Medicinal Foods superfoods, and selected products from other brands.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Site and to every purchase you make on it, including subscriptions. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently ship within the United States only.
3. Health information
Content on the Site, in our emails and on our social channels, including articles, product descriptions, customer reviews and any free consultation, is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical or dental advice and does not replace a visit to your doctor or dentist.
Talk to a qualified health professional before using any supplement or oral care product, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition. Stop use and seek advice if you have a reaction.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Customer reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences. Results vary from person to person.
4. Products, prices and availability
We work to describe products, ingredients and prices accurately, but errors can happen. Product colors and packaging may differ slightly from images.
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout. If a product was listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation.
Products are available while supplies last. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order (for example, orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that look fraudulent), and discontinue any product.
Some products we sell are made by other brands. Their manufacturers are responsible for those products' formulas and labels.
5. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes, bundle offers and promotions are subject to the terms shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, have no cash value, cannot be applied to past orders, and may end at any time.
6. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. You will receive an order confirmation by email when you place your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking when it ships.
You agree to give us accurate, current billing and shipping information. Payment is taken when you place your order using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
7. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
Some products can be bought as a subscription. When you choose a subscription:
- It renews automatically. Your order repeats at the delivery frequency you choose (for example, every 1 or 2 months) until you cancel.
- You authorize recurring charges. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on each renewal at the subscription price in effect at that time, plus shipping and taxes if any.
- Discount. The subscription discount shown when you sign up applies to each renewal while your subscription is active and the offer continues.
- Reminders and price changes. We will tell you in advance by email if the price of your subscription changes. We also send a reminder email before each renewal.
- Cancel any time. You can skip, change or cancel your subscription in your account on the Site, or by emailing support@medicinal-foods.com. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 2 days before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not refund orders already charged or shipped, which are covered by our Refund & Shipping Policy.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause the subscription until your payment details are updated.
8. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping times, carriers and address responsibilities are described in our Refund & Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.

10. Reviews and content you share
If you post a review, comment, photo or other content on the Site or tag us on social media, you confirm it is your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display and adapt it (including your first name and last initial) on the Site, in emails and in advertising. We may remove content at our discretion, including content that is false, offensive, or makes medical claims.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos and the names Medicinal Foods, Dentite, Gumtite and Nourish, belongs to Medicinal Foods or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or harvest data from it, to buy products for unauthorized resale, or to impersonate anyone.
13. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to websites or use services run by third parties (for example payment, shipping and review providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our Refund & Shipping Policy, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Medicinal Foods and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medicinal Foods from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any claim that cannot be resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the "Last updated" date above and do not affect orders placed before that date.
