Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is one of the highest antioxidant foods on earth, revered as the “Gift From God” (Siberians), “The Diamond of the Forest” (Japanese) and the “King of Plants” (Chinese).
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), “The Mushroom of Immortality” is perhaps the most studied herb there is. These mushrooms contain anti-cholesterol “Beta-Glucans”, immune-building “Polysacharides” and anti-viral “Sterols”.
Hot Herbal Coffee:
Stir 1 Tablespoon into HOT water to make an herbal coffee-like beverage.
