Raw Avocado Cacao Superfood Pudding

The first recipe is our Raw Avocado Cacao Pudding. Perfect for any diet—it’s raw, vegan and gluten-free. The avocado is great for adding a rich creamy texture without the dairy.
Ingredients: 1 Medium Avocado 6 Medjool Dates 4 Tbsp Cacao Elixir Raw Chocolate Powder 1/2 Cup Water Raw Honey to taste Directions: Blend all ingredients in a food processor, chill, and serve! Add your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit and nuts.

Superfood Almond, Moroccan Stuffed Dates
This next recipe is very easy to make and goes great with some hot tea. It’s a take on the traditional Moroccan dates recipe, made more bioavailable with our sprouted almonds.
Why sprouted? Sprouting removes the phytic acid that is naturally found in the outer layer of the nut. This phytic acid binds with minerals present in the nuts and prevents their absorption. Nuts also have high amounts of enzyme inhibitors which makes them difficult to digest. Sprouting breaks down the phytic acid and neutralizes the enzymes, thus improving mineral absorption and making them easier to digest!
Ingredients: 7 Medjool Dates 1 Cup Sprouted Almonds 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 1 tbsp Orange Flower Water Raw Honey to taste Directions: In a food processor, blend almonds, cinnamon, and orange flower water to create a paste. Slice dates in half, stuff with almond paste, and enjoy!
