Pineal Gland Calcification

Pineal Gland Melatonin Production

Pineal gland calcification is important for mental and body health. The pineal gland is located at the geometric center of our brains and is a member of the endocrine system whose primary function is the secretion of serotonin and melatonin.

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that gives the sensation of happiness, content and an overall positive outlook.

The pineal converts serotonin into melatonin, which is a hormone that is secreted into the bloodstream that regulates each of our sleep-wake cycles.

During day hours we produce more serotonin, and at night our pineal converts serotonin into melatonin, which creates the sensation of drowsiness in order to signal the body to rest.

Pineal gland calcification effects

The major degenerative effect to the gland is calcification, which is a build-up of calcium and other toxic deposits which then hinders its functioning.

Many studies have shown that the main culprit for calcification is ingesting the neurotoxic chemical fluoride, which has been added to water supplies since the 1950s in the United States and in other parts of the world.

The other causer of calcification is ingesting chemical pesticides and artificial ingredients that are a part of many food sources because of mass-scale industrial farming.

More than any other place in the body, the gland accumulates fluoride and pesticides and eventually form crystals around it, which we call calcification. The end result is the production of less melatonin and thus our sleep and wake schedules can be drastically affected.

When our waking-sleeping rhythm is off it creates a domino-like wave of adverse effects, so people are seeking ways to fix this.

Pineal gland calcification symptoms

It has been shown as far back as the 1600s the effects of calcification occurring in many types of mammals, such as oxen, horses, cows, rats, donkeys and sheep. Gradual calcification has been suggested to be a natural part of the aging process but even if that is true the rate has increased drastically over the past century.

When the body is producing less melatonin the process of aging accelerates and several neurodegenerative diseases become more probable by the year. Such diseases as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s Disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), and dementia have been directly correlated with reduced amounts of melatonin production.

Another very common problem is disruptions to the sleep schedule and feeling tired throughout the day. This has even been observed in young adults who have low melatonin levels and pineals that are calcified to a much further degree than the process of natural accumulation would theoretically show.

The accumulation of toxic foreign chemicals do not only calcify this gland, but also form in other areas of the body where it should not be accumulating. This causes a tightening and hardening of the tissue in that area which causes further issues down the line.

It is common in joints between bones which causes moderate to severe pain, around the heart valves and arteries which slows blood flow and increases blood pressure, and in other places of soft tissue, such as the breasts, muscles and fatty tissue.

Aside from the physical ailments and degeneration, there is a spiritual and extra-sensory component to this gland, and is said to be a bridge between the physical and spiritual worlds.

One metaphor is that when the pineal is not operating properly it is similar to viewing the world as it appears on a television set from the 1970s, and when it is working properly it is similar to seeing the world akin to a high-definition television.

The result of not being able to perceive the world in more vivid terms leaves a person with brain fog and unable to discern details with the full exertion of the senses, and a general lack of a sense of a higher purpose.

What causes pineal gland calcification?

The aforementioned fluoride is likely the main causer of calcification because it is being consumed on a daily basis by millions of people through tap water, some bottled waters, beers made using tap water, and toothpastes. Fortunately there exists today water filters that help remove fluoride and other heavy metals, and many companies sell toothpaste that contains no fluoride.

Fluoride classified as a heavy metal in a group called halides, and others in this group include bromide and chlorine, both of which will also gradually accumulate and calcify. Citrus-flavored drinks such as Mountain Dew, Gatorade and Powerade contain Brominated vegetable oil which has the same effect as consuming fluoride.

In fact, the dyes Yellow 5 and Yellow 6 that are still used in Gatorade in the United States are banned by the European Union for foods marketed to infants and children, and completely banned in Norway and Austria.

While the bromide is concealed by the name of the ingredient, it is best to not consume artificially flavored drinks with dyes, taste enhancers, and other artificial ingredients as a rule of thumb.

Simply swimming in a pool with chlorine can also calcify the pineal because the skin is absorbing enormous amounts of this other halide. It is also common to put chlorine in public drinking water, so using powerful water filters beyond the Britta variety will go a long way to help filter out harmful substances.

Many processed foods contain excessive amounts of calcium itself, and when the body ingests excessive amounts it leaves them to flow though the bloodstream and eventually stores it to calcify.

Steps to De-calcify

The first place to begin taking care of your gland is to stop consuming the above-mentioned products and take steps to know exactly what you are putting into your body. This can be difficult for some people because of mixed information from different sources, that is why conducting your own thorough investigations and cross-referencing sources will go a log way to verifying what may be helpful and what will be harmful.

The substance methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a sulfuric compound that goes a long way in removing calcium deposits from our systems. Since our factory-farmed foods are severely depleted in natural sulfur, this powder that can be added to water will supplement the body with a compound most of us are deficient in while decalcifying deposits throughout our body. Many people have treated severe arthritis and even cured cavities with MSM, and so the benefits extend beyond just the pineal.

Another naturally occurring substance that our bodies are deficient in because of mass-produced foods that use pesticide-ridden soil is iodine. Taken orally as a liquid, iodine also helps diffuse calcium deposits throughout the body.

Another efficient decalcifier is the natural substance boron, whose active ingredient is boric acid. If the soil weren’t deficient in key minerals such as boron we would be ingesting proper amounts through vegetables and nuts.

But since that is not the case this is great supplement because excess calcium (and other toxins) that are floating throughout our body will eventually be stored in the pineal and joints, boron flushes these out before than can even get to the storage deposits, while also clearing out the deposits themselves.

A casual observer could easily claim that we live in a very toxic world, and one of the first casualties is this gland because it becomes a storage bin for excesses that our body cannot use or doesn’t know how to use because it is a foreign substance to our body. But fortunately for us all who seek the best for our bodies there are viable and inexpensive solutions to clearing our the toxic buildup around our valuable “third eye”.

Not only will we experience life in a more fulfilling way on a sensory level when we have overcome pineal gland calcification, but our endocrine system will be rejuvenated over time because the critical hormones serotonin and melatonin can be restored to created a balanced circadian rhythm, which is one of the central ingredients to overall well-being.
